Meet Shane O Dwyer
I am a personal trainer and coach with 6 years of experience coaching clients in-person and online. Over that time I have helped dozens of clients achieve their goals.
I have over 2 decades of experience in training and strength and conditioning. Having trained in TaeKwon-Do as a child, I went on to train and compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.
Throughout that process I developed a life-long love of strength & conditioning.
After deciding to leave my career as a Mental Health Nurse to pursue coaching, I knew I needed to rise above the norms of the industry.
I obtained my MSc in Sport and Health Science in 2023, and am currently enrolled in the Sports Nutrition Association post-graduate program to become a credentialed Sports Nutritionist.
I love learning more about training & nutrition, and integrating knowledge with experience to provide the highest standards to my clients.
